PDF files can be downloaded 2 ways. Most PDF files contain a lot of information it will usually takes a couple of minutes (2-5 min.) to view or download the file.

Method 1 to view a PDF file double click on the PDF file link. This will cause your computer to first load the Adobe Acrobat program on your computer and then the file will load and display into your Adobe Acrobat on your computer. This will take a couple of minutes to perform. Expect a delay after you select the file. To save the file that you are viewing in Adobe Acrobat Version 5.0 you can simply click the save option it looks like a floppy disk Icon. This will save the file to you computer in a matter of seconds since the file is already downloaded to you computer memory and being displayed on your computer.
